What are some goals for this year? This could be personal as well as team oriented. This can cover several areas (basketball, school, home, friends etc...).

I am from Kingston N.Y. I played for Kingston high school 1 year as a senior. I went to SUNY Ulster for junior college where I began to pursue my degree in Physical Education. While at Ulster I played basketball and was team captain, the top ranked three point shooter in the nation and was invited to the region XV all star showcase. From Ulster I transferred to Springfield college. I played one year at Springfield and transferred to SUNY Cortland. I decided to give the college game up when I arrived to SUNY Cortland to give full attention to my academics. Since I stopped playing in college I have worked with many athletes on player development as well as coaching. I also have worked camps.
